This Travelling Yogi Retreat will be April 6-16, 2025 in Phuket and Chiang Mai, Thailand.
Thailand is a country rich in culture, kindness and beauty! After several trips and retreats there, Mandy has created the MOST EPIC opportunity to experience two cities in Thailand. They are so completely different and absolutely perfect to feel the real Thailand.
We begin in Phuket, on white beaches surrounded by crystalline waters. Our cute hotel has comfy beds, great breakfasts, refreshing AC and so close to the beach! We will practice yoga, explore this world famous island and enjoy the sweeter, slower aspects of this island’s style.
Then we fly into Chiang Mai, an ancient and deeply traditional city in the north. And here we will be a part of Thailand’s 3 day celebrations of Songkran, new years! Join in the CITY WIDE water fight!! Just google it!! It’s a wild, everyone is invited water fight/dance party/foodie fest! Of course we will balance the chaos with calming yoga classes and simple quiet times, too. Maybe we visit an elephant sanctuary or get out of the city on a village bike tour.
This retreat is called Transformation in Thailand for many reason. You see the literal transformation moving into the new year. Perhaps, you’re looking to morph out of the old and into the new, too. Through yoga, water, healthy food and a vibrant community we create the ultimate opportunity to transform. You just have to show up!
